Mr. Salerno has been promoted to Member of the firm, focusing his practice in the areas of Banking, Secured Lending, Corporate Counseling , and Mergers & Acquisitions.  Mr. McCleary has become a Partner with the firm.  Mr. McCleary’s practice includes corporate transactional law and business and financing transactions.
