Tim litigates and advises clients regarding commercial disputes, employment issues, trust-and-estate administration, fiduciary obligations, and intellectual-property claims. Tim has trial and appellate experiences in both state and federal courts.
Before joining CCM, Tim practiced at an AM Law 200 firm, handling a variety of complex-commercial disputes and appellate matters. Tim also clerked for Justice Geoffrey Slaughter on the Indiana Supreme Court. Before clerking, Tim worked at a litigation boutique in Indianapolis, representing clients in commercial disputes, employment cases, and during state and federal investigations.
