Ms. Lueders concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and general corporate matters.
She represents clients on both the purchase and sale sides of the transactions. These transactions include the purchase and sale of ground leases, single- and multi-tenant commercial buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, multi-family buildings, farmland, and business condominiums. Ms. Lueders handles complex title issues, Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, documenting and analyzing easements, and real estate sales as part of the sale of a business.
Ms. Lueders advises both tenants and landlords in commercial leasing. Representative experience includes advising national franchisee tenants in the negotiation and execution of retail leases, counseling landlords having a portfolio of shopping centers from negotiating leases to researching and analyzing discrete tenant issues, and analyzing ground leases, triple net leases, and gross leases.
She is versed in drafting and reviewing a variety of real estate documents, with a focus on recommending and obtaining favorable and reasonable changes for her clients and taking into account her client’s business needs.
