Mr. Druck has dedicated his career to helping businesses comply with the ever-changing employment laws and regulations through counseling, education, and training. And, when necessary, Ed represents employers in litigation and before administrative agencies, having successfully handled hundreds of cases in a variety of federal and state forums and before arbitrators.
Ed’s labor and employment law experience and practice is broad and includes: employment discrimination and harassment, FLSA and state wage and hour compliance, FMLA and disability leave compliance, union avoidance counseling, union elections and labor disputes, collective bargaining, employment and non-compete/restrictive covenant agreements, executive contracts, employee handbooks and policies, I-9 compliance, workforce downsizing and restructuring, delinquent contribution and multi-employer fund withdrawal liability, and management education and training.
