Chris is an attorney in CCM’s Corporate Counseling and Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking and Secured Lending practice groups. The focus of his practice is corporate transactional law handling both business transactions and financing transactions. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Whittier College in 2011. Chris attended University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, earning his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2015.

Prior to joining CCM Chris practiced at an AM Law 200 law firm handling a variety of commercial lending transactions and business transactions which included representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in complex loan transactions covering a wide array of loan structures such as asset-based loans, second lien secured loans, unsecured mezzanine loans, and syndicated transactions.
