Jodi L. Henninger

Ms. Henninger is an experienced transactional lawyer, concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and financial lending transactions.
Prior to joining CCM, Jodi was a partner with the Real Estate Group at Huck Bouma in Wheaton, Illinois, and Dykema Gossett, PLLC in Chicago, Illinois. Her work experience also includes serving as in-house counsel for national real estate development company and working at Chicago Title Insurance Company as a title officer.
In the commercial lending area, Jodi has represented lenders and borrowers in connection with loans for working capital, real estate acquisition, construction, and other loan transactions, on both secured and unsecured bases. In addition, Jodi has represented lenders in the negotiation of syndicated loan facilities representing both agent and participants. She has also represented a Fortune 500 Company in connection with its national development projects.
She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers, and the Chicago Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the B.R. Ryall YMCA in Glen Ellyn, was the past-President of the Glen Ellyn Junior Women’s Club, and is the Treasurer and an active member of the Glen Ellyn School District 41 PTA Council.
Jodi is a speaker with Lorman Educational Services on various topics pertaining to commercial real estate and lending transactions.
